A mixture of cocktails
Americano
1 ½ fluid oz Campari
3 fluid oz sweet vermouth
Soda water
Twist of lemon peel
Cracked ice
Put a little ice-cracked ice into serving glass. Pour
Campari and vermouth over. Stir top up with Soda water
decorate with peel and serve
Anisette
1 fluid oz Anisette
½ teaspoon Benedictine
2 drops angostura bitters
Crushed ice
Put a little ice into shaker add rest of ingredients
shake to mix strain into frosted glass top up with iced
water. Serve
Armour
1 ½ fluid oz dry sherry
1 fluid oz sweet vermouth
Twist of lemon peel
2 cracked ice cubes
Put ice into mixing glass add sherry and vermouth, stir.
Strain into serving glass decorate with lemon peel and
serve
Barbera
1 ½ fluid oz Bourbon
1 fluid oz Drambuie
3 teaspoons Amaretto di Saronno
2 dashes orange bitters
Twist of lemon peel
1 slice orange
5 cracked ice cubes
Put half the ice into mixing glass, add the bourbon,
drambuie, Amaretto and bitters stir. Put the rest of the
ice into serving glass and strain cocktail over. Squeeze
the lemon peel over the surface. Decorate with orange
and serve
Beachcomber
1 ½ fluid oz crème de menthe
Soda water or lemonade
Sprig of mint
2-3 crushed ice cubes
Put ice into glass pour in crème de menthe. Top up with
Soda or lemonade decorate with mint and serve
Blue Moon
1 fluid oz vodka
1 fluid oz tequila
1 ½ fluid oz blue curacao
Lemonade
5 cracked ice cubes
Put half the ice into mixing glass add vodka, tequila,
and blue curacao stir. Put rest of ice into serving
glass strain cocktail over. Top up with lemonade and
serve with straw
Brooklyn Bomber
2/4 fluid oz tequila
¾ fluid oz triple sec
¾ fluid oz cherry brandy
¾ fluid oz Galliano
3 fluid oz lemon juice
1 slice of orange
1 cocktail cherry
5 cracked ice cubes
Put half the ice into shaker add tequila, triple sec,
cherry brandy, galliano and lemon juice shake to mix.
Put rest of ice into glass and pour cocktail over.
Decorate with orange and cherry serve with straw
Champagne
Pre-chilled champagne
1 lump sugar
Dash angostura bitters
Twist of lemon peel
1 small ice cube
Chill serving glass put in sugar add bitters and ice
cube top up with champagne decorate with lemon peel and
serve
Coronation
1 ½ fluid oz dry sherry
1 fluid oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes maraschino
2 dashes orange bitters
2-3 cracked ice cubes
Put ice into mixing glass add rest of ingredients, stir.
Strain into glass and serve
Doctor
2 fluid oz aquavit
1 fluid oz Swedish punch
Juice 1 lime
2-3 cracked ice cubes
Put ice into shaker add rest of ingredients shake to
mix. Strain into glass and serve
Drambuie shrub
1 ½ fluid oz drambuie
4-½ fluid oz chilled unsweetened orange juice
1 scoop lemon water ice
Sprig of mint
Pour drambuie into serving glass add orange juice and
stir. Add ice water, decorate with mint and serve with
spoon and straw
Golden lining
1 ½ fluid oz cointreau
1 ½ fluid oz galliano
1 ½ fluid oz unsweetened orange juice
1 ½ fluid oz double cream
2 fresh cherries, with stalks joined
1 slice orange
1 slice lemon cut into 4
3 cracked ice cubes
Put ice into shaker add cointreau, galliano, orange
juice, and cream shake to mix. Strain into glass and
decorate with fruit and serve
Grasshopper
1 ½ fluid oz crème de cacao
1 ½ fluid oz crème de menthe
Pour crème de cacao into glass. Gently pour crème de
menthe over back of spoon onto crème de cacao so that it
floats on top. Serve with short straw.
Margarita
2 ¼ fluid oz tequila
1 ½ fluid oz triple sec
1-2 tablespoons lime juice
2-3 cracked ice cubes
A little lemon juice
Ground sea salt
Dip rim of chilled glass into lemon juice, then into
salt. Put ice, tequila, triple sec and lime juice into
shaker, shake to mix pour into glass and serve
Merry widow
2 fluid oz dry vermouth
2 fluid oz Dubonnet
Twist of lemon peel
2-3 ice cubes
Put ice into serving glass add vermouth and Dubonnet
stir. Decorate with lemon peel serve
Orange cloud
1 ½ fluid oz Pernod
4-½ fluid oz unsweetened orange juice
1 slice orange
3 crushed ice cubes
Put ice into serving glass add Pernod and orange juice
stir. Decorate with slice of orange serve with stirrer
Sherry cobbler
3 fluid oz sherry
2 teaspoons sugar syrup
Soda water
2 slice of orange
1 slice lemon
3 crushed ice cubes
Put ice into glass, cut fruit into 3 place into glass.
Pour in sherry and sugar syrup stir. Add dash of Soda
serve with straw
Sicilian kiss
1 ½ fluid oz Southern comfort
1 ½ fluid oz Amaretto di Saronno
5 cracked ice cubes
Put half the ice into shaker add Southern comfort and
Saronno shake to mix. Put rest of ice into glass strain
cocktail over. Serve with straw
Suissesse
1 ½ fluid oz absinthe
½ fluid oz anisette
1 egg white
2 ice cracked ice cubes
Put ice into shaker add rest of ingredients. Shake to
mix strain into glass and serve
Tequila sunrise
1 ½ fluid oz tequila
3 ¾ fluid oz unsweetened orange juice
2 teaspoons grenadine
6 ice cubes
Crack 3 ice cubes and put into shaker add tequila and
orange juice shake to mix.
Put rest of ice into glass and strain cocktail over.
Slowly pour in grenadine stir once and serve
Vermouth 1
1 ½ fluid oz sweet vermouth
1 dash angostura bitters
1 pickled onion
Crushed ice
Put ice into mixing glass; add bitters and vermouth
stir. Strain into chilled serving glass add pickled
onion and serve
Vermouth 2
1 ½ fluid oz dry vermouth
1 dash Pernod
Crushed ice
Put ice into shaker add rest of ingredients. Shake to
mix strain into chilled glass and serve.
